I agree that most of the kits USA is wearing are ugly… but the kits Noah Lyles and men wore in the men’s 100m final- those were sick looking.
why is everyone not wearing those designs and kits?!
I’m guessing the sick looking kits are for the athletes who make the finals? I honestly don’t know since we saw Lyles wearing the “ugly” speedsuit for the heats and semis but the cool one for the final. Fisher also had on the cool kit for the 10000m final. That’s the only logical explanation I have really.
I'm in UK - general consensus is that our kit is ok but a bit boring. The blue should be shame shade as it is on the Union Jack rather than being so dark it looks black from a distance.
With the Nike kits, they desperately needed to have an a solid color half-tight and not just the stripey version. Nuguse in all blue with regular shorts looks fine, but guys trying to match the blue jersey to the stripe half-tights look terrible. Also happens with Kenya, which has a solid red set and a goofy stripey set and you see guys wearing the solid red singlet with the terrible stripey half tights.

I think this is right, I also noticed the mixed 4x400 team wore the ugly striped kit for the heat but the cool colorful one for the final. The red and blue one must be for finals. Wondering if we'll get a white singlet for the marathon like we have the past few Games.
The stripes/patterns of the US kits look like a non color and are made worse against the purple track.
Jamaica are excellent.
Uganda awesome.
GB very good.
This is spot on for the US. When athletes wear that striped jersey it is impossible to tell on TV that they are from the US, unless the camera zooms in on the athlete. If you can’t tell from a distance where the athlete is from, you have failed as a designer.
Solid blue singlet with “USA” on it for the win. Both Nuguse and Kessler were rocking it last night. Brings classic photos of Billy Mills, Bob Schul, and Jesse Owen’s to mind.

Australian, Romanian and Ugandan kits look good
Yes, I have to agree that the Ugandan kit looks good.
