The poster is 13 years old. How else do you think he saw this headline. As someone else said "nudity" being conversation worthy is uniquely American (like the imperial system).
I fail to see the issue. Here in Europe, many men and women expose themselves in front of children at beaches. Public nudity is considered the norm in most of the world and a uniquely American problem.
I know, here in Europe, everyone reports naked to work, and are naked in restaurants, grocery shops, on the street, around the statue of David etc. Pretty much the only time we are clothed is in bed while performing carnal duties.

Perhaps, somewhere, at some time, some society allowed public nudity. Perhaps you can identify one or even more. But since all or nearly all societies have outlawed public nudity, is it your opinion that they were all horrified by the human body? I very, very, very, much doubt they were all horrified by the human body. Rather, they had other concerns.

It does make sense…the body craves for homeostasis. Any stress, whether that be work stress, emergencies, hunger, or exercise will trigger a response. The bigger the stress, the greater the response needed to return to homeostasis. So maybe it’s no surprise that an intense interval session will garner the type of response noted in this study, compared to what a walk, or easy run would.
And before anybody counters with an anecdotal argument…it is well known that different people have different levels of stress tolerance…even to different types of stressors. That can be seen in how some people can tolerate volume over intensity and vice versa…

In some countries where nudity is normal, kids are raised such that it’s not bad at all. I was in a Disney cruise once and a few European moms and their 5-8 year old daughters were walking around in thong bikinis and tops that barely covered the chest. Yes, even the kid. As an American, that is unbelievably inappropriate to dress a kid like that. But, nudity is not a big deal at all in some parts of Europe. Men don’t get all googley eyed over seeing breasts or butts like they do in America. So, yea, if my kid was raised in a place where nudity is common, I wouldn’t have a problem with it. If my kid is raised in America where it’s not normal, I would have a problem with it.
