    R. Cheruiyot and I. Nader belongs to the category of runners that had regular progression during the last years.

    We have seen a lot of explosion of performance of some runners during the season 2023 (like jumping from 3:35 to 3:29). That was not the case for them.

    Its likely one of these runners jump to the top 5 elite runners in the next few years and wont leave it for a while.

    Isaac Nader run 1:45.32 (800m) solo in a Portugaise championship (2023)

    He also run 3:34.00 (1500m outdoor) solo in June 2023.

    Well, Oslo was a big nothing burger for Wightman. 1:45.35 and 7th place. Giles did a bit better with 1:45.10.

    But surely biased to Americans.

    We are way more developed in other sports

    As he should’ve! Top-ranked guy in that field. To the poster above, I’m not sure what you mean. The two 1500 guys in that 800 looked flat and had bad races. I’m not going to overreact to a bad race in an off event. The other notable run was Nordas showing great fitness (though awful tactics) in the 3,000. He may be moving up if he can run well in European Champs. A shame we don’t see Habz there, but Jakob, Nader, Nordas, Gourley, Arese, Farken (?) and Laros is a great race.
