Regarding Christine, it was when the system was new and people genuinely weren't as on the ball with it as they are now. She always had a reputation as being a bit disorganised/scatty. As far as I recall some of the missed tests were for things like putting her track down as the venue at the time she would be training, then there was a school sports day and she moved venue, etc. Would have to look up the details but personally I don't think she was using PEDs. No idea about her sister.

My impression of Christine’s coach Lloyd Cowan is that he would never, ever have been associated with PEDs. Lloyd coached Christine and Vicky simultaneously, but I always got the impression that Vicky wasn’t all-in like Christine. Lloyd died in January 2021 and Christine began coaching Vicky.
Vicky’s partner Antonio Infantino, who switched from GB to Italy in 2016, was caught using a serious PED and suspended in December 2021. I can remember his physique from a decade ago and he was visibly more muscular at the time of his PED failure.
Vicky had been stuck running 52-53 for 400 and 24 for 200 from 2013-2020. In 2021 at age 28 she went 51.99 and 23.81, in 2022 she dropped to 50.50 and 23.62, and in 2023 went 50.36 and 22.96. She’s at a similar level this season.
Vicky’s physique has certainly changed since Christine took over her training; she looks far more cut. Vicky and Christine would tell you that Lloyd emphasised volume over speed development, whereas Christine focussed on Vicky’s 200, and this explains the big improvement at an advanced age for a sprinter.
I assume that Vicky would be tested very frequently due to Antonio’s failure, but I don’t work for UKAD so can’t confirm.
