How else would he make money other than running? It isn't like he has a quality education despite 12 years of "college".

If you truly are a chemical engineering grad, then I respect that. Believe me, I think that’s the most difficult engineering path of all.
But, Manyz ran for BYU from Jan 2018-November 2021. Those were his competitive years. So why pile on with the unoriginal “eight year senior” comments? And why denigrate any engineer? It’s not like he just coasted with a sociology degree.

ChemE is a wimp degree! What pathetic school did you go to? Where you able to find a job at any salary? You also should have graduated within a decade. That might have helped you find a job.
The trial have just become a 2 man race. No names mentioned but the other runner has run 30 more miles than Mantz this month and more marathon specific workouts.
I agree. My problem is that I can't figure out who the 3rd one is.

This thread is to talk about Connor Mantz with ACCURATE FACTS and not throw hate on him cause you don't agree with his religion. I don't know what side of the bed you woke up on this morning but if you truly were so important then shouldn't you have better things to do than just write multiple different replies about how much Mantz supposedly sucks.
Looks like he is essentially running a ~2:20 marathon at the end of every (120 mile) week as his long run.
Which seems wild to me, but also makes me think a little of Kawauchi—hope Mantz still has some pop / speed in his step left after that heavy mileage at fast paces because when I think of Kawauchi I don't think of speed.

um no. 2:20 marathon is 5:20 pace. He's running these at like 5:40 pace
Not sure why you got so downvoted, Rupp ran 2:06:35 in Chicago 2021 for 2nd in hot/windy conditions. Mantz ran over a minute slower last fall in great conditions. Rupp was also 8th at the olympics that year.
