I would be more interested in pushups and situps. My best was 10 flat 2 mile, 85 situps and 73 pushups. At Benning on the dirt on the 500yd track of course in 1987.
I ran on that same track a few years earlier for IOBC. I remember having to run around a puddle of mud. My time was 10:07; I was told it was the record, but I never knew for sure if the distance and timing was accurate and if it was actually the record.
