Yes, I know, but that's not what the tweet says. And about 1000x more people will see the tweet than read the article, because intentionally meant to mislead in order to get people mad enough to share it.
Do you need me to help you chew your food too?
You'd have to be a moran to not understand it's volleyball scholarships

Washington you a-hole, not Wisconsin. Try to keep up.
Yes, HE did. And look at the results. Common races/courses.

Yeah I'm pretty sure 90% of the public, minimum, doesn't want transgenders invading the women's sports with their obvious male gene and hormonal advantages. And we live in a democracy.
Thing is, a lot of these Uni Admins -- even at public schools -- are not really elected democractically. They live in Woke bubbles where up is down, left is right, testicles are ovaries.
Women aren't even being discouraged with these antics but many are actually getting hurt, if it's Lacrosse or Field hockey for instance. Half these lackluster males at least are faking. They're faking for money, accolades, social media clout. Who can blame them. Live the life of an unremarkable male loser, or become a brave hero who for some reason is "much stronger in the upper body" than the competition.

Check again. That 8th place at league was in the boys division. If she had run in the girls race, she would have won by 3 minutes.

Americans are less supportive than two years ago of transgender athletes being allowed to play on sports teams that match their current gender identity.
Article on Tate with many photos of the athlete in action in HS girls' volleyball from a year ago when Tate was named Los Angeles Daily News "Girls Athlete of the Week":
Why does it matter that the article has many photos? I thought the physical appearance was irrelevant.
If anything, she looks like many other high school girls who play volleyball. This is based on those photos as well as the Hudl videos I watched. That's probably because she started medical transition early in her life.

Not that it is relevant, according to you.
That’s my question, did she go through the medical treatment before puberty?

I have no idea. But this is USA Volleyball's transgender policy.
Age 13-18 (registered as a Junior, including a 19-year-old still in high school) (Pubertal or Adolescent)
Testosterone levels must be within normal female reference range (for the age range) for a minimum of 6 months preceding the application to participate.
The vast majority of athletes are expected to compete as a member of the gender assigned at the time of birth on their birth certificate. The goal of these USA Volleyball (USAV) Gender Competition Guidelines is to permit athl...

But the photos in the story I drew attention to aren’t still shots that focus on what Tate Drageset looks like. The photos all are action shots from girls’ HS volleyball games that demonstrate Drageset’s masterful performance in the girls’ sport that this particular teenage male has become a huge and much-heralded star in.
I spelled this out very clearly in my post, when I made a point of saying that story I linked to has many photos of the athlete in action in HS girls' volleyball from a year ago when Tate was named Los Angeles Daily News "Girls Athlete of the Week"
In my view, photos like the ones in that article showing this teenage male in action in HS girls’ volleyball are very relevant to the discussion at hand because they enable everyone to see just how much and how easily teenage males with any degree of athletic ability can and do dominate when playing on and against teams that apart from themselves are entirely female
I think the photos showing Tate dominating in girls HS volleyball taken in the fall of 2022 when Tate was named LA Daily News "Girls Athlete of the Week" are also relevant because they are more than a year old.
Although Tate was only a sophomore back in the fall of 2022 - and Tate's height back then was several inches shorter than the 6'0 Tate has reached today - Tate was already the Buckley girls’ varsity team’s strongest attacker and star player.
In fact, Tate started playing on the Buckley varsity girls’ team in 9th grade. And Tate was a standout star on the girls' varsity team from the start. According to the Buckley School website, the 2021 volleyball season ended with “ninth-grader Tate D. named MVP of the Liberty League Volleyball.”
Since then, Tate has garnered more accolades, becoming widely recognized and celebrated as a standout superstar in girls' volleyball not just in Tate's own HS varsity league, but across the state of California, the West Coast region, in national junior girls’ championships, and in the wider volleyball world in general.
Last year when Tate was a sophomore, Tate was named California Interscholastic Federation’s Division 5 Player of the Year for 2022-23.
Last year, the Buckley girls’ HS varsity volleyball team on which Tate is the “strongest attacker” per CIF's description won the California Southern Regional III division championship and the team went to the state finals for the first time in the school’s 89-year history.
In 2023, at the US Volleyball Girls Junior National Championship, Tate - representing the club girls VB team Tate also has long played for - was MVP in the 17 USA division.
Also in 2023, Tate earned money playing a special new form of 2-on-2 women’s volleyball professionally.
In short, Tate is seen and celebrated as one of the most promising up-and-comers in girls' and women’s volleyball in the USA even though Tate is male and is endowed with many of the physical advantages typical of his sex.
The adults in Tate's life have been pulling out all the stops to insure that Tate gets an easy path to gold and glory in girls' volleyball all of Tate's life. When Tate was still in elementary school, special exceptions that were quite extraordinary were made for Tate. That's how it came about that when Tate was 10-11 and in 5th grade, Tate got to play volleyball on a Los Angeles-area girls’ club team whose other members at the time were all HS-age girls well into at least their mid-teens who’d already been through female puberty.
So anyways, whilst I don't think photos and footage of what males like Tate Dragestat look like are relevant to the controversy over male inclusion - or intrusion, rather - in female sports, I don't see how anyone can seriously make that case when it comes to photos - and video footage - of males like Tate Dragestat that show them in action competing in girls' and women's sports.
Photos and footage that show how this particular teenage male is absolutely crushing it in girls' and women's volleyball illustrate the blatant unfairness, absurdity and undue safety hazards that are created when males are allowed to compete in the female category of sports based on ridiculous criteria such as the gender identity claims they make, the drugs they take, their present & past testosterone levels, the way they dress, the length of their hair - and the fact that pretty much "to a man" they all say that ever since they were little boys, they've always been drawn to the superficial trappings associated with regressively sexist stereotypes of shallow and performative "femininity" such as the color pink and "girly clothes."

NOBODY except the trans should show up for that team. Same with the rest of the sports teams for that school. Once schools/colleges start to go under due to this sort of crap, things will move in a better direction.
If that doesn't happen, teams opposing UW should boycott EVERY event.

Absolutely crushing? Here is her highlight videos from her club team. Keep in mind that this is "highlight." (Her best plays from each match.)
Do you see her "absolutely crushing" her competition? She looks rather ordinary for someone who is trying to be recruited by a D1 team. This site has similar highlight videos of current (or even former) college stars when they were high school players. And you can actually see some of them "absolutely crushing" their competitions in those highlights.
And it is very common for a D1 college player to be a four-year starter at her high school varsity team. Nothing "extraordinary" there. A lot of future D1 players also dominate their high school competitions, depending on the division they play. Their games in AAU give you better ideas on how they actually stack against their peers.
BTW, Tate's mother would agree with you about the absurdity of gender stereotype. She wrote a book about that.

That is exactly the point. He ran against girls in 2022 and dominated; he ran against boys in 2023, ran considerable faster in both races, and only managed an 8th and a 22nd.
