Don't pretend not to know what I meant. Will C was the one who "talked about it"-- i.e. explained to the uninitiated what it meant and how it compared with other transcons, including how it further highlights how Will Goodge could not have done what he claims based on the data he has made available.
You accuse Will C of somehow deflecting attention from Dr. Hoffman's incredible performance, when he is probably the most qualified among us to properly judge it-- which he actually DID in the Goodge thread! In doing so, he put yet another nail in the coffin of the Goodge fraud. You know this, yet you continue to obfuscate on Goodge's behalf, for reasons known only to you.
Don't pretend to pretend that WillC knows anything. He still hasn't figured out how to download Goodge's data for many months after I and others showed him how multiple times in that thread. He is one of the least qualified people to talk about anything heart rate.
A Harvard quantum physics professor. That means she is capable of planning complex schemes....
...time travel, clearly.
Or rather she took advantage of Schrodinger and was both in the RV and not in the RV at the same time until someone went to check on her, giving her a free ride for much of the transcon.
A transcon is more than 100 times longer than a marathon. By your reasoning, somebody's 400m time should be a good predictor of marathon performance.
A 400m is largely anaerobic. A marathon is fully aerobic. A transcon is fully aerobic. Each day Hoffman was allegedly covering 2.5 marathons on average in the transcon. A marathon PB gives a fairly good indicator of what to expect for a transcon.
Clearly it doesn’t based on Jenny’s and Pete’s transcon and marathon times.

A marathon PR gives zero indication what to expect for a transcon. Sorry but you are absolutely clueless about this subject.

If you or this fraud Goodge cared one whit about your credibility with actual runners, you or he would simply post links to the relevant data, so that everyone can evaluate it for themselves. Goodge publicly claims to have done this but won't say where he's posted it. Maybe you will? Imagine the delicious sense of vindication you'll feel when you adduce the irrefutable proof that finally shuts Will C. and his pack of sycophants up for good. Why deny yourselves this pleasure?
How in the world did no one post about Jenny Hoffman attempting to break the women's run across America record for the past couple of months and just smashed the time a few days ago? She caught us sleeping on the job with no one here tracking her and verifying her attempt. I directly blame Will Cockerell for this with that dumb Will Goodge & their mother's transcon thread he keeps making noise in where he has lost the plot a long time ago, creating a false flag thread and distracting anyone from paying attention to Hoffman. Can anyone here even vouch if Hoffman's new transcon is legitimate?
Harvard physics professor Jenny Hoffman just crushed the cross transamerican speed record, running from San Francisco to New York in 47 days, 12 hours and 35 seconds, more than a week under the previous record (54d 16h 24m, set by Sandra Villines in 2017).....
.....Pete Kostelnick holds the men’s record of 42d 6h 30m, set in 2016.
Watch out Pete, or you are going to get chicked soon if another woman attempts the record.
It’s an incredible achievement to run across the United States, but it probably doesn’t get that much interest on LR because it’s not something people regularly compete against each other in. One woman or man might attempt it every other year or so. People on here in general (not all) seem to be a lot more interested in competitive running where there are numerous athletes competing to win an event. Either that or the latest doping scandal lol

Correct, thank you. All Sneakers, Goodge, Balenger have had to do this past 7 months is engage and illuminate. But not one shred of explanation has come from there side. All Sneakers ever says is that we're stupid and don't know how to read data, but he too refuses to help.
Goodge's key data is clearly his Whoop, but Sneakers point blank refuses to show it or get it. And nor do Goodge, Balenger or Rich Roll, even though Goodge say on the Roll podcast it had been published. Where? All four have been asked for it countless times. Goodge's Strava is clearly a mess, and Roll's only defence is that all wrist data is bullsh*t. A total mistruth, it's fine a vast majority of the time, or more than credible. And when it fails, it certainly doesn't fail in the consistency and patterns of these two.
And yes, I've written long essays about Hoffman's brilliant run which is perfectly in line with her ability and running CV, and I've written about Mike Wardian's too - another legend. And I've compared them to Balenger and Goodge.
Here's an excerpt. Hoffman found nine sub-10 miles; Goodge 182:
Day 12: A notable day and signs of real chaos. JHs dominance over WG is coming to a close and WG is now leaving MW behind: MW runs 81k at 8:18 pace, WG 89 at 7:19 and JH 101 at 7:11. WG needs a pulse of just 110 with a peak of only 124. MW runs 120bpm with a peak of 158. RB is in despair with a terrible 50k day.
Day 30: There has been much friction and controversy, and I have spent five days out in Oklahoma, but this is where all hell starts to break loose. After an all but total collapse with 26k on day 20, and no run on day 21, Balenger is now running nearly as well as the others. His pace is down to 7:26 which is better that Wardian's 7:34, and WG's 7:40. He is now pushing Hoffman's 7:06 hard.
Day 32: RB continues to fire off 76k days, but requires an HR of just 105, this is despite hitting a high HR of 162. Wardian averages 130bpm with a high of 167, which is much more credible. Goodge runs 88k to Wardian's 82, but only requires a pulse of 111 to do that.
Day 38: Absolute pandemonium. RB is locked on 76.8 k days, Wardian finds a fine 88k off 7:39, but Goodge rattles off a eye-watering 105k at 7:17 pace. He is climbing 945m to MW's 493m and the pulse he needs is just 107bpm. A bemused JH finds a 107k, with less climbing at a pace of 8:02. She's on for a 47 day Transcon but has required 14hrs21 to find those 107k, whereas WG has needed just 12hrs45 for his 105.
Day 39: Another 100k day for WG off just 107bpm. A massive 17kms back is Wardian off 119bpm. RB cards a very rare day of a normal pulse, but it shows he can do it. 150, with a high of 172.
Day 42: It's officially out of control. RBs heart is totally weird. He has a peak of 180 and yet an average of 118 for a fine day's running at 8:00 at 75.8k. MW is outstanding with 85k at 7:09, but WG smashes out 13.2 more at 7:36 but off a pulse of just 100. The highest his heart goes all day is 115. Hoffman does all she can to stem the WG tsunami. She finds 3.9 more k, but at a dear price of 13:39 run time to WG's 12:25. Her pace is 8:01.
