As I've written before, Semenya is an unfortunate male, not an unusually strong female. It blows my mind how the PC media never addressed this responsibly.
Caster deserves our pity and empathy. But she does not deserve to run with biological females.

You are a condescending fool. I pity the fool you are. You are another insufferable dolt. Caster is not to be pitied.
"My testicles don't make me less of a woman". That could have come straight out of the mouth of Dustin Hoffman in "Tootsie". The irony is that he later says being a "woman" made him more of a man.

Why are so many acting like Caster is saying something outrageous? Isn’t this the 21st century? I thought it was common knowledge that some women have testicles.
I thought many people even on a bubba site like this one granted that they can accord her the dignity of treating her as a woman but wHeN iT cAmE tO sPoRtS, wAaAah wOooH bOo hOo. Well, here you have it: she is just saying testicles don’t make her any less of a woman. Surely you agree.

Do your testicles - I'm assuming you have some - make you a woman? Because they apparently do, in her case.

The only reasons to pity Semenya are that she should have 4-5 more global medals and should have run 1:53 or faster in a DL race in the last five years.
If you want to not recognize her accomplishments, that’s your prerogative, but let her run.

To be more accurate, you should have said - "let him run". Because that's the issue.

She is not blocked from running, she is allowed to compete in the male category.

She’s the 2x women’s Olympic champ. She lives her life as a woman. Clearly, she should run with women.
It’s a ballsy statement. Semenya and other DSD athletes are a newly acknowledged phenomenon that has always been present. It mostly affects regions where access to healthcare isn’t great (when it occurs in most advanced countries they treat it due to the high risk of testicular cancer). Some athletes of the past were likely DSD, but are not acknowledged as such.

Disorders of sex development (DSD) represent a spectrum of conditions in which chromosomal, gonadal, or anatomic sex are atypical and affect 1 in 4,500–5,000 live births. The diagnosis of DSD raises concerns of tumor risk and...
I have sympathy for someone like Semenya but don't think she should be able to compete. That statements makes her sound like Lia Thomas though
I used to be sympathetic. However, my sympathy has evaporated with time. She has raked in a lot of money at this point to compensate her for the obvious misfortune of being born different. At this point, I am just angry that she is part of the movement undermining women's sports.
