On the mens side, I'm a bit surprised that nobody talks about Koen Naert, who ran 2:06:56 this year and won the European Championships of marathon in 2018. He has the 6th fastest time and already did well in races without pacers (he was also 10th in the last Olympics). He could be a surprise today considering the field.

What is it with the coverage of all this wheelchair racing? No one is watching to see them, why is it being shoved down our throats? They need to just make a separated dedicated stream. This is getting ridiculous.

To be fair, the wheelchair commentators at the recent races are vastly superior to the running commentators. Just far more articulate and informational. The wheelchair commentators should cover the whole show.
