Yes exactly the same. 5"11 and 170 is my number. I sometimes find myself low 160 during a tough block but even if I take time off I rarely ever go above 175

That's funny. When I stopped running due to injury I LOST weight. I went from 140 lbs 5'10 each morning to about 137. My calfs lost all their size.
Thats probably just your ability to hold glycogen which holds water. I think
happens to me too. When i am exercising hard im eating hard. Will be at 185. If i quit exercise i can eat much less and store less glycogen/water and will lose weight

Current (running >40mpw): low 180s
When I started training again about a year ago, I stayed at 205-210 for several months, but once I got north of 25-30mpw the pounds started falling off left and right. Seem to be leveling off in the low 180s even as I continue to steadily increase mileage
