There's no Olympic event to showcase Tyreek Hill's electric speed, but I've never seen a faster player in the NFL
When Rocket Ismail was at Notre Dame he was the fastest athlete on a football field with ball in hand I had ever seen. Yep, faster than Hayes, Now it has to be Tyreek Hill like you said electric speed that is a great way of putting it, like that......electric speed.
Thing about Hill and Ismail is/was their ability to manuver around at near top speed, cutting at near top speed.
Curtis Dickey was a great sprinter a 9,2 cat, he would dust both Hill/Rocket at any distance but out on a football field he never looked like the speedster he was, he just didn't have.....it.
Freshman Raghib Ismail clocked in at 4.24 speed in the 40 yard dash. Here, he demonstrates why he's called the Rocket with these two kick returns for touchdo...

Just watched the video, had a speaker problem. Did RGIII really say ...those other guys aren't faster than me.......what? both Rayeem Mostert and Archane would have blown RGIII totally away at any distance.
RG3 missed the national HS record in the 300 hurdles by 0.01 as a junior in HS. He won the Big 12 meet and placed 3rd at NCAAs as a high school senior. He graduated in December of his senior year so he was basically a high school senior when he accomplished that. There is no doubt he would be the current high school national record holder if he had finished his senior year of high school.

Cool but that won't help him in a 100m. He obviously doesn't really know who Mostert and Archane are. No way he is faster than those two. I lke RGIII but he really has no clue what he's trying to talk about here.

He's a former sprinter and competitor, so he's just talking himself up there. He 100% knows who they are and their credentials as well. He might be delusional, but he follows track and football closely, give him that respect.
Devon Achane ran 10.53 in HS for the 100. RG3 ran 13.46 for the 110 hurdles in HS. We don't know what RG3's track potential could have been since he didn't run past his senior year, but if I'm a betting man, I'm taking a 13.46 hurdler over a 10.53 100 meter runner in a 100 meter sprint.

I do doubt he knows that Mostert was a Big10 sprint champion and Archane at 10.12.

Nobody is taking about what was done in high school, Archane is a legit 10.12 100m cat that is something RGIII was never close to being.
He quite possibly would have been a medalist or at least a top 5 or 6. That 11th in the Trials was when he should have just graduated from high school as an 18 yr. old. He certainly could have been a 47. guy by 2012 or 2016 (still only 26).
All you are doing is guessing, the guy never really did anything that hinted at Olympic medalist. He never beat a world class hurdler.
Griffin ran 49.22 a few months after turning 18. He's one of the fastest under 19 400m hurdlers in history.
So you're a track fan but comparing a 100 meter runner to a 400h runner. That's just sad. Obviously training for and running the 100 will result in a faster time than someone who trained for the 400h. Are shot putters and javelin throwers on the same level? Both are throws but very different events.

RGIII never ran the 100m. You can't possibly say that someone who was a world class hurdler at age 18 wouldn't have been able to run a respectable 100m if he trained for it.
edit: RGIII as a HS junior was .29 seconds faster than HS junior Grant Holloway in the 110, and as a senior Holloway only beat RGIII's PR once. You think Holloway couldn't keep up with any NFL player?
