Ok so the title is it I used to be Lonley im a female tho but I want to talk to him and be his friend. But I’m scared he will think I want him because he is lonley and a runner I’m in high school. Should I talk to him as a friend and will he see me as a big sister/friend because I’m a sophmore and he is a freshman!?
Why is this even a thread? Approach him because you are interested in him romantically or do it with a group of friends. To do it any other way is a lie.
Invite him to do stuff that always involves other people and being in public. Don't do things with just you two alone. If he tries to invite you to do something with just you two alone, just make up excuses for why you can't go or just say you can't make it. And if it seems like he is interested and you don't want it, just gradually disappear. That's kind of how it works in adult life. Letting somebody down without saying it.
