    I’m fairly certain Tuohy was in Eugene because NC State’s Julie Shea (National Champ circa 1980 and 1981), was inducted into the Collegiate Athlete Hall of Fame on September 14th. The ceremony was held there in Eugene.

    Seems fitting that the future Hall of Famer would attend the inductee ceremony of NC State’s original ground-breaker.

    Let’s be honest. It’s the equivalent of skipping a HS regular season meet to visit colleges. I don’t see a problem with skipping a college XC race that doesn’t have any meaning or a class that is early in the semester.

    To add to this......Tuohy probably had a late start to summer XC training due to racing into the summer track season. She doesn't need to get her feet wet till October.

    Go to altitude and train with Ritz. She will be a 5/10 runner, needs altitude training as well.

    BTC spends a ton of time at altitude in park city, flag, st moritz, etc

    Norris and the 5K? Sorry but she’s going nowhere in the 5K or any other event at this point. A younger faster runner is ready to slide right in and replace her at any time now

    Houlihan holds the American record in the 1500. She was clean. If you state that she was not, you could be banned again for stating incorrect facts.
