The AIU seems to operate on the principle that it's testers do no wrong, while athletes are treated as guilty until they can prove their innocence.
I think Gabby got one of hers overturned as well as she said she was at home with friends and no one heard the doorbell, and she got her friends to testify on her behalf and used phone tracking data to verify she was at the location she said she was at during the contested testing window.
