idk my 60, my 100m was 12.57 with terrible technique, I ran 27 seconds for 200m in practice and 400m should be 57-58, but I havent ran a time trial at this distance, only 370m in local competition
Dont listen to this guy, he has lost his plot multiple times, sprint times wont help you much if your aerobic potential is limited
