Does Fay have collegiate eligibility left or is he going pro? Listed as a senior on TFRRS, but with Covid that doesn't mean anything.
Side note but Andy Powell has absolutely been crushing it at UW. 3 consecutive 1,500/Mile champs (all different people) + a 13:01 5K runner.

Fay, got first team-all american 5 times during his 2 years at UW: Two seasons of XC, indoor 5K, outdoor 5K, indoor mile, and then the 9th you're referring to was the only time he missed all-american. That's about as consistent as anyone.
