Concerning women's 10K, is it ok for teammates in 1st and 2nd to not battle for the win? I guess if you're saving energy for another event it is ok, but that could have been a good race after a slow start.

Also is Thorvaldsen's name really accented on the 2nd syllable. Sounds odd to me.

Wow massive spill by Taborda over a hurdle in the women's steeple. Basically flipped over in a somersault, taking out her teammate Hyde and they landed on the ground. They both got up and finished the race!
