The cases that makes headlines are the exceptions that prove the rule, and usually egregious on the part of the pooper (e.g. kids nearby) or law enforcement (e.g. racist police jamming people up).

For everyone talking about how its just natural and will biodegrade and is good fertilizer? Human waste takes about a year to fully degrade in the wild, can contaminate groundwater and is a major source of giardia transmission.
