To be fair though, I haven't watched his videos in a year or so. But I saw some where he ran in Crocs, carried his wife (saw the thumbnail) ate hamburgers, and biked far.
All true, especially on his main channel which is for ‘viral videos’ (his term) and the like.
Symmonds has a side YT channel “Nick Symmonds Too” that is mainly track. He narrates races, talks tactics and training. But there’s also some silly stuff sprinkled throughout. I hope he adds more serious content during this track season.

I'll also add that all of Allie O's content can be boiled down to 'Don't overtrain, I take rest days, I once had an eating disorder'

Yeah dude she does a lot of videos that are literally just track workouts all out. Really good stuff. Yes, her voice is very authentic and includes her smart perspective on injury, fueling and mental health. But it’s not an over saturation or anything. Not sure why that’s a negative instead of a positive for you? Haven’t seen Clayton Murphy’s but I know he’s struggled in recent years and I’m willing to bet he talks about it on his channel but maybe if he were a female runner you wouldn’t like that either. ;)

In what way? He seems hard-working and certainly achieves his goals, though not elite. I think that Foggdog and his mate Isaac Basten are more what the OP are looking for.
I will add (note these aren't "top runners" per se) Tim Grose, Trackstaa and FOD runner to the UK group. And Matt Hanso for repping a young Aussie. I also enjoy Parker Max and Chase Easterling, Tony Holler and Mathias Hove-Johanson (drills and sprint work).
My favourite is Coffee Club, hosted by Morgan McDonald, 13:13/5000 guy from Australia. Oliver Hoare, and a Kiwi runner are usually there too. A lot of info on ON running club, Dathan Ritz training, Hellen Obiri, Eilish McColgan, C.Hunter etc. McDonald is such a great host and calm commentator. Fascinating stuff and addictive to listen to.
