When Bubka was world champ at pole vault, he would only break the current world record by 1 cm each time. Even though he could easily go 20cm. Instead 1 cm by 1 cm - he did 20+ times.

Great athlete, seriously training since 7th grade... By 10th grade was already ripped! It's just genetics some people are like that they are really naturally muscular
Anyway I think she should do the 10K record and focus on the 1500 in a year or so because I don't think she can run sub 4 minute 1500 now
It would be a nice storyline to go after both the 5K and a 10K records
