Maybe not right now, but check out 2019 Klosterhalfen. Closed a sub 14:30 race at worlds in sub 60 last lap to medal behind prime Obiri. Zurich diamond league final 2019 was won by Hassan ran 3:57 closing in a 57. Klosterhalfen and DeBues-Stafford both closed in 58.8-9 to run 3:59 for second and third leaving some very good women in their dust (Dibaba, Simpson, Tseguy).
Going sub 60 to close in a sub 4 race or a sub 14:30 5k means you definitely have a World class kick. It's just a question of if she has it anymore after 3 years of on/off injury problems.
