This is big if true. Sanders had the mid-d crew rolling in Palo Alto while he was at Stanford. I wonder if Carpentor will still be in charge of the men or if he will just be a stand in babysitter while sanders is with the speed/power group. Will be interesting to see. This has to be a joke, Sanders can't even keep his sprinters healthy LMAO. Toby ran 9.90 in March then didn't race until NCAA Prelims where he ran 10.39.
His men's 4x1 DNF'd from injury at Patriot Leagues. His women's 4x1 got 6th, losing to Lehigh and Holy Cross.
His men's 4x4 got 7th and women could only manage 4th.

The Lafayette distance coach left, does anyone know why? He did a phenomenal job with the men and the women.
Expect the Lafayette distance teams to gradually decline back the the bottom of the league. You can hear a collective "thank god" coming from the campus of both Lehigh and Bucknell.
Army is gonna be as lost as Mike Smith was floating down the Susquehanna back in the day without Marshall Beatty.
Navy is gonna be relying on Brett Brady to lead the team and he almost lost to the kid that makes videos and TikTok in the steeplechase… how is he supposed to win the league.
I heard BU just lost key assistant coach and former Lafayette standout Ryan Branch and he was very respected by the team. Hearing rumblings that some members are quitting unless he comes back.
Donner is to busy stuffing his face with hotdogs to actually coach the Bucknell team to do anything. It’s a shame they fell so far from their glory days in the 80s.
Lafayette may have lost a lot their upperclassman but if there’s one thing the Pards do best it’s show up when it matters. These young kids will do something big.
Lehigh… we all know what they do. They peak for dual meet against Lafayette and if they win (which they probably won’t this year) they will post about it on Instagram for a month and crap themselves at leagues. Hot take of the year they lose to Loyola and end up getting 7th.
Loyola has some dawgs returning… look for them to be better than expected.
American needs to start checking Sean Grahams blood pressure have you seen him get worked up at meets… just take a chill pill man geez.

I hope it was for a position as a head coach somewhere. I have met him a few times and I can say with certainty he is a fantastic coach and if given the talent and resources of a serious school, he could develop a team into something pretty special.

The speculation is Curcio refused to make him head cross country coach so he left. 90% of Lafayette alums I know hate Curcio, 50% of Lehigh alums I know hate Matt Utesch. 40% of AU alums are still in therapy because of Centro.

You were actually really accurate. Flop Lafayette and American and you had it. American men were in the lead at the 1.8k split with 28 points then self destructed and lost over 50 places by the finish. Really bad coaching.
Whittaker is a threat to win the individual title. Sullivan is really good but Whittaker annihilated him by 21 seconds.
Army looks vulnerable this year and may fall out of top 3. If so, does Smith get fired? If Melko gets hurt like he always does, Lehigh might be an 8th place team. American has the talent on their roster but Graham insists on ruining it. Donner is skipping Paul Short again so Bucknell will either be 3rd or 4th.
