Kids are the antichrist. The moms posting pics of their kids laying around crapping on the floor are posting these in between fights with their annoyed husbands about how broke they are and how fat their wife got. Stay single or find a good girl that doesn’t want those little demons. Life is different now. You’re going to spend all your life working harder just so you can throw them in daycare and you’ll regret it as there’s no time to look after yourself. Save kids for the suckers. These days it’s not worth it. All these vaccines now, soaring home prices. Just be free and live in a fun city . You don’t want to be the old guy looking miserable pushing a stroller and scooping dog $hit as your obese wife chugs more Starbucks and texts on her phone. People will think you’re the grandparent.

Do you even want kids Jamin? Or are you just feeling FOMO from social media and think that a big house with kids is the pinnacle of what life should be?
I can say that at 35 years old I am only just now emotionally ready for kids. If my GF and I had them on accident it wouldn't be the end of the world and I feel like I would be able to be man enough to handle it. However it isn't something I've ever really wanted, nor would've been ready for until now in my mid-30s.
So which is it? Do you feel a longing desire to sacrifice yourself to raise kids right now? When I talk to my Dad he can say for certain that growing up and having a family with kids was always the purpose he felt in life. Or is it something you feel like you should be doing because social media is influencing you? Because I look at pictures of my friends taking care of multiple kids and it isn't something I particularly want for myself(at the moment).

And I want to reiterate that word sacrifice. Because you shouldn't be a parent if you aren't prepared to work your ass off to raise good kids in a stable and loving household.
If there ever was a time to not feel like an outcast without kids in your 20s and 30s, now is the time. 50 years ago you would have been excluded from most social circles. Not today. Birth rate had plummeted far below the replacement rate.

Having a family often (not always) comes at a cost career wise. You could equally say you're 5 years ahead in life.
OK, hater. Is a graying middle aged man pushing a stroller more pathetic than a balding middle aged man drinking alone in a bar full of people at least 20 years younger on a Friday night? The one giving everyone creeper vibes or looking like they came as a wingman for their 22 year old son?
You highly underestimate how low the average bar fly's standards are. You are also assuming that all single people spend the majority of their free time in bars drinking their sorrows.
