Flatt is sharp, handsome, fast af, and as he says in the video, he's an "athlete" and not merely a runner. He said he could dunk in 8th grade. He's popular in school. He's well-liked. He gets girls. So naturally, the scrawy beta-males of Letsrun will hate him lol

All true, and he's got to 2nd base with 4 different girls and one of them was the sister of a cheerleader. He's a big deal.

Currently 4 Ole Miss runners under 1:48.4. Also Garcia Romo has run 3:36 and 7:53. I think he is going to be elevated by the team in a way he hasn't been yet in small town Kentucky. I could also be wrong, but I believe he is going to be humbled in practice and be an absolute stud in 2023.

Give this young, cocky man from KY 2 months and he may have 4 kids. Hopefully none of them will call him uncle.

I don’t know about the others, but Flatt and Romo Garcia are approaching the 800m from different directions and the latter’s best distance might be the 1500m. I doubt if Ole Miss will have a one size fits all training approach to everyone that runs the 800m and these two will not often be going head to head on the track.

I doubt any of you cuckboy clowns even bothered to watch the interview I linked. What he said was that if he adjusted his training for higher mileage he thinks he might have a crack at sub-4. He said that it likely won't happen because that's only a hypothetical, he runs very low mileage, and has no immediate plan to up his mileage. He said he hopped in the 1600m recently (where he ran 4:12) just to see what he can do and thinks he's a 4:07-4:08 1600m guy right now. If you watch the whole interview, he's actually a very likeable guy. He's confident but he's not the arrogant blowhard many of you pencil-necks make him out to be.

I’m telling you, Cade Flatt is as cracked as he is jacked. I saw him at a 7-11 the other day buying Monster and adult diapers. I asked him what the diapers were for and he said ”they contain my full power so I don’t completely s*** on these kids“ then he rode a buffalo out the door.

The boy is wild alright. I met him at a KFC and when they asked for his order he demanded to race the chickens. He smelled like fitness and nandrolone. Said he only does 10 miles a week so he came make it across state lines when things get hot. He left shouting that he preferred Turkey over chicken because the weather is better.

I saw Cade Flatt with Ben Blankenship and they were listing to a song I hadn’t heard before. Cade said it was his family band started by his uncle Rascal and they called them Rascal Flatts. Ben just nodded his head and said don’t stop the kid now he’s on a roll…

Add longer intervals and a few tempo runs and that's all it would really take. Next year, after summer training and fall mileage and workouts, he is going to drop significant amounts of time. He's on a team with six guys. He's never had training partners like he'll have, nor advanced coaching (his coach has done great, but he's an English teacher). Many guys drop under 4 in their first year of college. Not very many of those have close to the 800m ability he has. Romo has 3:53/1:46 high. Collegians tend to run close to the times of their teammates if they are relatively close in talent. They stack up 3:36/3:37/3:38-9/3:40 usually at Ole Miss under this coach. That'll happen and I'll be happy to come back and see you eat crow again next year.

He definitely is self confident but I don’t know why people would dislike this kid. I think he’s got a great attitude and will be really fun to watch for years! I didn’t know who he was until very recently but I’m a big fan.
