You idiot, EPO is injected. EPOVAR is a just a silly dietary suppliment. They're just cashing in the fact that they know a lot of people would try EPO if they could just take a pill and had a source.

Yes I would say it did help me I have taken it several cycles and I would say it helped during my strength training(increased amount of reps) and running both. It may have been the fact that when you are training intensively that you NEED more minerals and vitamins because of the extra training. I was also running in 110+ heat, because I was In Iraq and El Paso.
Bump again! I always found it curious that people who never tried something could speak so dogmatically about it. "No! Nothing works!" "No! EPO is illegal!" "No! If it's not really epo, it can't possibly work!"
What works is magnesium orotate, and it doesn't make any difference whether it says Epovar on the label or not.
It seems to work for some people, and not so much for others. Like most supplements. Leave it at that.
