The official who DQ'd him was probably nagged by his wife that morning and needed to go out and assert his authority. I'm always disgusted by these officials, their jackets covered in patches, who strut around high school track meets like little Napoleons. A lot of NFL officials are guilty of the same egoism.

It should be a requirement that any DQ comes with an immediate public explanation, the same as officiating calls in any other sport.
