Yes definitely lots of doping without testing. He will struggle to match this time with proper testing.

Incredible times! Indeed it will be interesting to see if they can harness this speed into championship racing when Worlds comes around.
Between the shoes and the drugs, the winners look more guilty and rattled than elated. Like they showed their hand and now will be spotlit for testing.

Americans have super shoes too. Why no world records ?
We all know the answer as to why USA sucks at running. It's because US athletes don't dope right?
They do,they just get protected by USADA,biggest state supported doping regime in the world.
It's only when WADA or AIU that Americans get caught, magic that.

Same as the US college hero, time will stop improving now he's in the sights of AIU.

After seeing Taye set a WR on the roads today and running 14:14 on the track earlier this year, it still begs the question why she, Tsegay and Teferi chose to let the Tokyo 5k come down to the bell lap? I know the conditions weren't easy, but surely to stand any chance of getting on the podium they should've worked together to make it a fast race? I know its five months ago now but I thought it was one of the more peculiar races at the Olympics. I think if they tried stretching it out then they could've ran away from Obiri and maybe gotten a silver for Tsegay.
The same reason that athletes hardly ever work as a team: no one wants to be the one to miss out. Bekele was lucky to have a willing pawn in Sihine.

So you admit Jacob is doping.
Yakob is a science experiment.

Wait is this supposed to be me? Because I would say the real reason is Americans just suck.

Hengelo was with cheater lights and nobody cared how fast exactly it would be. (Completely disregarding possible nefarious reasons). It's similar to BTC running often much better in the their TTs than in real races. To push the pace in humid conditions with Hassan or Obiri on your heels is very risky and can end up in 5th, not 2nd or 3rd place.

Yakob was grown in a lab.
It's interesting to me that this post hasn't blown up ...2 world records!! Why aren't letsrunners getting all excited about analyzing this race?
For my part, because I’m numb to these things. Big deal, new tech, no real testing. So what.

Because no one believes that these results are legitimate.
Road records dont mean anything anymore
Are we assuming they are? wrote:

Actually, LRC posters only get excited if it is a white runner getting a high result. Case in point: LRC posters got all excited about Molly Seidel and even reported my thread on her and "coach". Now that it is black runners doing well, the first thing out of LRC dopers mouths is that they are not legitimate and must be doping even though American Athletics has way more dopers than all of East Africa.
1. Why are they racing in the dark.
2. He's on drugs.
