Brett Gotcher Talks Before the 2014 Boston Marathon: “I’ve done everything I needed to so I’m hoping for a good one on Monday”

Today at the pre-race press conference, John Hancock presented all of the elites running in Monday’s 2014 Boston Marathon – the 118th edition of the historic race.

Below you will find our Q&A with American Brett Gocher, who given his 2:10:366 pb would love to get under 2:10:00 on Monday.  Like Ryan Hall, Gotcher hasn’t recorded a finish in a marathon since the 2012 Trials.

“(The training) is good. It’s good. It’s been a long gradual buildup since the Fall and I think I’ve done everything I needed to so I’m hoping for a good one on Monday,” said Gotcher.
