CARa Goucher is very clutchy and offers a smooth ride
I have never witnessed a team that can willingly score a touchdown in the last minute of play like this one. It's like you know they are going to do it.
When I was a kid I don't remember seeing too many situations where a team pulled that off. It was a big happening. I think that is what is so shocking about watching Brady and his crew. You know they are going to score in a high pressure situation when it means the most.

Do you think a prime Bekele had to videotape his opponents training? How might his legacy have been had the refs called key penalties on Kipchoge and El Guerrouj in the final straight. Surely a heat timeout was justified in Mombasa.
Brady may be clutch, but he sure has a lot of help.

What I wonder is why all the drama? If Brady and Co. can score a TD in less than 2 minutes whenever needed then why not do it all game, every game and win games by scores like 126 - 17? WTH is he thinking waiting until the last minute every time to start playing "for reals"?
Christian Laettner in his college days.
Brady is not really an athlete, he's a football player- specifically a quarterback and one of the best too. Not to say that ALL football players aren't athletes, some certainly are. But referring the the Tom Bradys and Peyton Mannings of the world as 'athletes' is just wrong.
Pretty sure Richard Petty is the most Clutch in the history of sports. They don't even put those things in cars anymore. Brady never needed a clutch to drive his team to a winning score.
No, he is horrible and will never amount to anything.
Tiger?
Mariano?
Jeter?
I hate to say it, but David Ortiz (who tested positive for PEDs and is still looking for the reason!)?
Jordan?
Bolt?
Who?
Bolt and MJ can't really qualify as clutch because they were never behind. MJ never played a game 7.
When I think about clutch runners I think about Leo Monzano and Centro.
Overall for sports Brady belongs on top. His come backs have been unreal. People who haven't watched decades of football often don't understand how difficult and how rare it is to do what he does.

Yes, he did.

Yes, he did.
Not in the finals.

Michael Phelps
Joe Montana was pretty clutch back in the day. Larry Bird and Magic Johnson too.
FYI the first athlete to be called "Mr. Clutch" was Jerry West. 42 points in game seven (with a pulled hamstring) against the Celtics in'69 - after making a shot from the opposite free throw line to send game 6 into overtime.
