Absolutely!!! Hell, I even count hiking as running, for the purposes of training... As long as it time spent on feet with elevated HRs, it counts as training, in my mind;) LOL
For me NYC, because it's my home town. For anybody else, Boston, the hobby-joggers Olympics;) On that note, I get annoyed by all of the folks who can't stop wearing their Boston jerseys, or running jackets... Just let it go, we got it, you ran Boston!!! Just funny...
