So last year I played football and weighed around 142 pounds. I went into track and my PR was an 11.73.
I quit football after track season because I mainly didn't enjoy it but also thought I could focus on track. At this point after training with my strength through the summer, fall, and winter I weigh around 157 (mostly muscle) and I started doing some speed related work outs with my track coach and just want to know if the body change is going to effect me in a bad or good way???
