In the middle of last season, I came down with Osgood Schlatter's Disease which caused me to perform poorly in the last part of my cross country season. Flash forward eleven months later and I still have OS and have not been able to run over the summer, so I guess my XC season is screwed again. I have been cross training almost every day for the past eleven months to try and keep me as aerobically fit as possible. I have also been stretching every day and doing strength training three times a week. My OS will get better if I don't try to run for a week or so but when I try to run the pain comes back again. I feel like I'm out of options and am about to miss my junior year of cross country season.
