Run easy Wednesday. Thursday do a light workout -- maybe get in some work at mile pace; this depends on what training you've been doing. Run easy Friday.
Run easy Wednesday, medium workout on Thursday, run easy on Friday.
Get back to me when you run the 1600 and 800 on one day; 3200m and 3200m relay the next and score half of your team's points when they take 2nd at the state meet. ;-)
... and drink some water.
If you run both races on "Pure Hate" you'll do just fine.

Get back to me when you've done all four in one day, and not those short metric races either.
