Centro looks pretty d*mn good right now. I think he's our chance for Rio Gold.
Only if Asbel gets hurt or tripped. Nobody can touch Asbel.
Taoufik is probably better than Centro too, but it'll at least be a race for 2nd.
Great run by Uceny. Looks like she's back.

Centro is the biggest douche in American T&F by far but he's our best medal threat so get'r'done! Nobody can beat Asbel but Centro can get 2nd or 3rd (Mahk daddy up there as well).
I was really hoping Andrews was going to come through on that last straightaway, but he just isn't in the 3:29-3:32 shape that Centro is in.
Mahk is the dopiest dope that ever doped
Blankenship needs to thank Jmac and all the other non standard guys for taking the kick out of Leo.
JMac led first part of race (first 300+) Set it up for a faster time from the gun but died

Yorks is a baller, he'll make a team eventually.
+1. Big props to Yorks and Avila for making it honest, and great run from Engles.

How has a sprinter not done any speed work? What is she doing in training, just jogging around and lifting weights?

Huh? He ran 56.16 for the final 4.
Centro ran 53.95.

Thanks, you can all send your business inquires to the drive thru guy at the Gainesville McDonalds on the north side of town. That order came to me right as i dropped a large sweet tea out the window.
You changed to Engels at the last minute.
Honest question why does Sara Hall still run track? Granted she will never win a major marathon but isn't running 2:30 more of an accomplishment and more financially rewarding than getting your ass kicked by girls with younger legs who haven't reached their prime yet?

Jordan is a total head case. Couldn't handle a 1:57 800 start.
Nah, he's not a head case. He's just not that fast. He's not the JMac of 2012 and 2013. That was then, this is now.

I guess it's Martinez' strategy to trip up other runners. First the 800 now 4 times in the 1500?
Yeah she keeps getting in the way of Montano and Ulceny.

Yeah, my buddy up front is a huge ole miss fan and saw my feed, and he is really lucky, so I was feeling engels. My emotions got the best of me
I think Andrews does have 3:31-3:32 in him and the ability to compete with Centro, but he needs to learn to take control the race when the time is right and not hang back so much and be a counter-puncher.

It's possible to run both track races and marathons you know
The real question is:
Where would clayton murphy have finished? I say 3rd
