In college: 1-2 times per week
800: 200
Mile: 4:26
3k: 8:50
5k: 14:49
8k: 25:01
Now: 5-6 times per week
Half marathon and marathon are all i have in past year
13.1: 1:13
26.2: 2:36
Mile: 4:16, 3k: 8:38, 8k: 25:01
Smoke like once every two or three weeks
Is it just a coincidence your mile PR is 4:20?

I only smoke after sex. Run about a 4:50 mile.

haha actually I didn't even think about that. nah it's my pr. and thanks for the input everyone, much appreciated. Seems like it's a much better choice than alcohol at the moment.

It's actually not that bad as it's made out to be honest and smoking weed can actually benefit many athletes.
Here are just a few athletes that enjoy a puff fairly often:
Usain Bolt
Dennis Kimetto
Kenenisa Bekele
Worked out pretty well for them and helped them manage to keep going with all of the hard training.

Smoke maybe once every two weeks. Light a joint and go for a walk with my girlfriend or whoever else is around. No smoking in the post season.
