My suggestion would be to run 13:59 like the rest of Letsrun
Your young enough (and likely without kids if you are still running under 15:00 for 5K), so I would recommend working on a business plan to start your own small business. There is nothing as rewarding and freeing as being your own boss.
Until you break 14 you're a joke so it really doesn't matter what you do at work
It happens when you get established with a job. Look for ways to make your life outside work more interesting and/or take some night classes to learn some new career skills to make a change.
Slowly phone it in more and more.
Eventually they'll lay you off. Then you can get paid to not work.
Buy a large box fan for your cubicle and fart into the intake side..
