So im heading into my second year of XC and final year as I'm turning into a senior. I struggled my first season only running a 19:50 . My training wasn't organized, i wasn't running enough, and honestly it was something i did for fun. Now i been running a lot more and taking running seriously. I'm running 50 mpw atm and have a 5:17 pr in the mile, 2:15 in the 800, and 55 4x4 relay split. What can i achieve this season if i keep training hard and stay healthy? What's a realistic goal to aim for the first meet which is an invitational?
