If you have please let me know how it affect you. I am a highschool runner and my doctor thinks I may have this but wants to do some test to make sure when or if he makes a diagnoses. If you know what I'm talking about I have these lower leg pains since around August(cross country season) but didn't think it was anything serious since my coach thought I just may have a deficiency in some type of mineral or vitamin or whatever but I'm kinda dump for going to the doctor so late. We'll anyways please Share your experience with it and let me know how it affect your running. Just to let everyone know I am a highschool runner and I just want to be able to have fun and become good at a event and stay healthy. So I'm asking if you had this and you where a mid distance or distance runner did you continue to run through the pain or did you switch over to a sprint or field event? What do you think is the healthiest thing to do
