I've started threads before and the letsrun negativity has always been unbelievable. I recall one instance where I asked how long it would take to get into shape after a month off due to an injury and someone was seriously arguing 5-6 months.
Well, I'm going to prove the trolls of letsrun wrong. I am not talented whatsoever,and haven't ran a step for a month and a half, but I will come back here to post when I hit these times
