Anyways, I'm back and feeling great.. My question is I used to be a low 18min 5k guy.. Due to my injury I haven't gotten any speedwork in, in the last couple months.. I did maintain a pretty well balanced diet, but did still put on 3 or 4lbs.
I'm doing a turkey trot this Thanksgiving.. Was wondering can I expect to be at least sub 19 still? Thanks.
