I would always complain about feeling like i was limping during runs so my friend and I took a video of me running in slow motion going from 6:15 pace to 5:45 pace and we found out that on my left leg i was heel-striking but i was mid foot striking on my left leg.
If anyone could shed some light on what's going on that would be great. I am willing to answer any additional questions that could lead to a solution.
