I've been racing awfully this season. All summer I worked really hard to run with our top group and in practices I can stay with them but in races girls who I never run with in practice and who I beat every day are kicking my butt. Is this a mental thing, and if so how can I get over the hump? It's really frustrating to see other girls have breakthroughs while I get worse every race. I already had anemia last year, it's fixed. Thanks!
