Structure 16 & 17 have "dynamic support" which means there is a harder wedge of foam on the inside of the shoe. If you overpronate you use the support, if you don't overpronate as much, you don't need to use it. The upper is a lot nicer on the Structure 17 compared to the 16.
Lunarglide has "Lunarlon" which is a somewhat soft and cushioned material. The upper on the Lunarglide is pretty nice as well.
Structure is going to be the more supportive stability shoe, Lunarglide is going to be lighter. I've run in both and prefer the Structure.
