So any thoughts yet on who will win NXN this December?
FM: Return Chapman, Fanning, Sischo, and Martin from last years national championship team. Is that going to be enough to repeat this year? Saugus looks way better on paper, however; FM always finds a way to pull though, plus they are the 4-time defending national champs...
Personal Bests:
* Courtney Chapman (12) - 4:54 for mile, 9:43 for 3000
* Jillian Fanning (10) - 4:42 for 1500, 9:47 for 3000
* Katie Sischo (11) - 4:48 for 1500, 10:02 for 3000
* Heather Martin (11) - 4:57 for 1500
* Katie Brislin (10) - 4:47 for 1500
* Maggie Malone (9) - 5:05 for 1500, 10:43 for 3000...younger sister of 2010 FM graduate Molly Malone
* Christie Rutledge (11) - 5:01 for 1500, 10:47 for 3000
Saugus: Returns six of there top seven runners from last falls state championship team. And that doesn't even include junior Jenay Jauregui, who looks like she'll be #4 or #5 on the team this year, maybe better. Looks the best on paper, the times back it up. This may be the last time Saugus is going to challenge FM...
Personal Bests:
* Kaylin Mahoney (12) - 17:01 @ SAC, 17:34 @ Woodward, 4:54 for 1600, 2:17 for 800, 10:25 for 3200

* Alex Hampton (12) - 18:52 @ SAC, 5:34 for 1600, 2:16 for 800
Saratoga: Returns a strong team like always, plus Molly Pezzulo transferred to Satatoga. Is this team capable of beating both FM and Saugus on the same day?
* Keelin Hollowood (10) - 4:48 for mile, 9:55 for 3000
* Molly Pezzulo (12) - 5:04 for mile, 10:06 for 3000
* Sydney King (12) - 4:46 for 1500, 10:06 for 3000

I'm gonna go with Saugus winning this December because they not only look the best on paper, but have the most experience entering this fall. FM should put up a great fight like usual and I wouldn't be surprised to see them win again. Same with Saratoga, all three teams are always tough when it the date rolls around.
