I don't know what it is but I'm just not running to my potential. I'm a junior in high school and all of my workout times point me to around 17:45-17:30 but I can't even break 18 in my races. I don't know what it is because I've put in the work over the summer and I'm getting through all the tough workouts but on race day I'm just not there. Any suggestions to avoiding this and running the race that I can run?
