What I meant was that in big city marathons AlSal rides the lead vehicle and holds her hand right up to the stating line. That doesn't happen at the WC.
She puked the entire way and finished the race. That doesn't sound like the work of someone who is pampered. Pampered people drop out when everything isn't perfect.
