Dude, Fu*kin' hammer next time!! There is nothing more enjoyable than droping some 40 min 10k guy while he's trying to show off for his weekend group. Usually only takes a min or two of hard running for them to disappear. Gives your competative juices a janglin' too.

I know, I know, it's fun to drop people... but I always wind up feeling more like an ass when I sprint to drop these guys. I feel like it's blocking a 12-year-old's shot over and over again when he challenges you at the YMCA.

The only reason I would do something like that is to have someone to run with. "Racing" like that (or running with someone) is an easy way to get a good workout -- it's hard to push yourself day after day like that.

A good way to get rid of him would be to wip it out for some surprise butsecks.

Ask him out on a date. He's obviously interested in you.

just let the guy pass you up, and then run a couple meters behind him, and when he is tired just pass him up, or instead, stop and pretend to tie your shoe

if that dont work, let him pas you up and run in a different direction to get him even more pissed off

Or i guess just draft off him, and then either drop him, r let him help out your run
