In other action, Henrik Ingebrigtsen (Jakob's brother) won the 5k over Riley Masters, Sara Vaughn won the 1500, and Shadrack Kipchirchir won the 5000m.

With the Olympics still a week away, the best racing action of the week is in Maine, where several U.S. and international stars will gather for the 19th TD Beach to Beacon 10K. We caught up with Ritz (he's fit and possibly in road PR shape), Bekele (he's healthy), True and several others on Friday including Keitany, who said all the right things but was clearly still miffed that she won't be running the Olympic marathon.

Kampf won in 4:37.52 in a close race with Canadian Nicole Sifuentes (4:37.95) while Noelle ran 4:12.11 to beat Frezer Legesse (4:12.13) and Riley Masters (4:12.34).
