After a summer hiatus, the Week That Was is back. We do our best to avoid talk of the Nike Oregon Project doping investigation but can't help but criticize Nike and Mo Farah's reaction to it. Remembering Mbulaeni Mulaudzi - South Africa's Greatest 800 Athlete Who Has Died at Age 34

The six-time global medallist and two-time world champ (once indoor) who beat the great Kikpeter in the Olympics and Rudisha at Worlds will be missed. RIP at age 34. Hezekiel Sepeng: "He was a better athlete than me – one of the best ever. We competed against each other many times, but we were great friends. I was his mentor.
